For Parents
PASS (Parental Access Support System)
The Chino Valley Unified School District #51 implemented the Parental Access Support System (PASS) during the 2002-2003 school year at Chino Valley High School.

PASS will not display student pictures or names. Parents will need to obtain a Username and PIN number from their child's attendance office to access individual student information through the PASS program.

The student information that will be available will include grades, attendance, discipline information, health information, school calendar, and transcripts. There will also be a link to the teacher's e-mail address should a parent have any questions regarding the information that they find. The District sincerely hopes this program will become another tool that will strengthen the partnership between home and the Chino Valley Schools.

If parents have questions or suggestions relating to specific student information, please contact the individual school.

Tax Credit
Giving a Tax Credit to your school of choice reduces your tax burden to the state of Arizona, dollar for dollar. It also reduces your taxable income to the federal government, usually by 1/3 of your donation.
This is a win-win for you and your school!  A sincere thank you goes out to all of you who supported our students in 2010. In 2011 using a tax credit is a great way to choose how you support Drama, Athletics, Music, Art, Field Trips, Special Needs, Future Farmers of America or any number of clubs and groups at Chino Valley Schools.
Making Your Donation:    Download and complete the 2012 Tax Credit Form half page.pdf and send it along with your check. CVUSD will send you a receipt for your tax records. Or you can come by any school office and pickup a donation form.
