Welcome to my class website! First grade is an extremely important year for children. Throughout first grade students will continue to learn about reading, mathematics and many other subjects. First grade is a very fundamental year for children to build on the basic skills that they will use for the rest of their lives.
At Territorial we believe in holding our students to high achievable standards. By the end of first grade we expect all students to read fluently and know their addition and subtraction math facts through number 18. In this site, you will find a little something about me, our daily schedule, Homework Packets, everything you need to know about DIBELS, our accomplishments, and our classroom rules.
Remember, the key to your child's success is to read to them and with them everyday!
